• Estimates and Bids: Any written estimate, quote, or proposal provided by All Around Glass LLP is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Scope Changes: Any alteration or deviation from the original specifications involving extra costs for labor or materials will be executed only upon written authorization (including email or text confirmation) from the Client.

• Deposits: For custom glass fabrication, specialized metal orders, or large commercial projects, a material deposit (typically 50% of the total project value) is required before materials are ordered or work begins.
• Final Payment: Payment in full is due immediately upon substantial completion of the installation or delivery of services, unless prior net-term financing has been formally approved in writing.
• Late Payments: Past due balances may be subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowable by law) on any unpaid balance, plus all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees.

• Supply Chain & Lead Times: Estimated completion dates are guidelines only. All Around Glass LLP is not liable for project delays caused by manufacturing backlogs, shipping delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Site Readiness: For installation services, the Client is responsible for ensuring the job site is clean, accessible, safe, and ready for our crews at the scheduled time. If a trip must be rescheduled due to site unreadiness, a trip fee may apply.

• Workmanship: All Around Glass LLP warrants its installation workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion.
• Material Warranties: Glass, hardware, and structural components are subject strictly to the warranties provided by their respective manufacturers (e.g., insulated glass seal warranties). We will assist you in processing manufacturer warranty claims, but we do not independently warrant third-party materials.

By providing your phone number to All Around Glass LLP via our website forms, quote requests, or digital channels, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages (including project updates, scheduling confirmations, quote estimates, and follow-ups) from us or our automated assistants (such as Dialzara).
