These terms apply to the All Around Glass LLP website and to the glass services we quote, schedule, and perform for customers in western Colorado. By using this website or requesting work from us, you agree to them.

Quotes and estimates are prepared from the measurements, photos, and descriptions you give us, or from measurements we take on site. A quote is an estimate until we confirm final measurements on site or at our shop.

Quotes are typically valid for 30 days. Glass pricing can move with supplier costs — if a supplier price changes before we order, we'll contact you before proceeding.

Installation dates are estimates until confirmed. Weather, supplier lead times, and site conditions can shift a schedule, and we'll always tell you as soon as we know about a change.

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area, including clearing the space where glass will be installed. We may reschedule if the site isn't accessible or safe.

Payment terms are stated on your invoice. We may request a deposit for custom orders, such as frameless shower enclosures or custom-cut mirror, because that glass is ordered specifically for your project.

Custom-ordered materials that have been fabricated to your measurements generally cannot be returned or cancelled once the glass has been cut or ordered from the supplier.

We stand behind our installation workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on glass, coatings, hardware, and sealed insulated glass units are provided by their makers and passed through to you; we'll help you start any manufacturer warranty claim.

Our warranty covers defects in our work — it does not cover breakage after installation, building movement, jobsite damage by others, or normal wear.

Hydrophobic surface protections such as Diamon-Fusion, InvisaShield, and EnduroShield are applied per the manufacturer's process and carry the manufacturer's own warranty terms, which we'll share with your paperwork.

Coatings dramatically reduce water spotting and mineral buildup, but no coating makes glass maintenance-free — follow the care instructions we provide.
